Improving access to general practice: weekend appointments available

Patients who are registered at this practice can book an appointment to see a GP or nurse at the weekend (Saturday morning) and from 07:30 Thursday (nurse), at various local clinics. Talk to the practice receptionist to find out more or book an appointment.

Extended hours appointments are now offered to all patients needing an appointment over the weekend and evenings.

• Leek Moorlands Hospital, Ashbourne Road, Staffordshire, ST13 5BQ
• Bradwell Hospital, Talke Road, Chesterton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 7NJ
• Longton Cottage Hospital, Upper Belgrave Road, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 4QX

Reception staff at Harley Street will be able to arrange these for you at your request. Please note they will need your consent to book these, as the extended access practitioner will need access to your medical records. Receptionists will also ask for a brief reason for the visit and your contact telephone number, which will be treated in strict confidence.
