Due to Covid  all appointments are now all being triaged and are dealt with as follows-Telephone consultations with a GP, Video consultations  with a GP/nurse. If deemed clinically necessary the doctor will arrange a  face to face consultation

The receptionist will answer the phone and ask you a few details in regards to your medical problem, and this will be kept completely confidential. The receptionist will then signpost you to the most appropriate clinician/service for your problem

Nurses appointments can be booked at any time via phone or in person; you can also book for Saturdays. Again we are doing a lot of these via telephone consultations if necessary to keep patient contact within the building/nurse at a minimum to protect both yourself and the staff working in the practice.

GP appointments on Saturdays are also available via extended hours and  are not at the surgery
