Appointments can be booked online, over the desk in person or over the phone.

The receptionist will ask you a few details in regards to your medical problem, and this will be kept completely confidential.

For all on the day appointments with a doctor you will be triaged by our urgent care practitioner who will sign post you to the most appropriate clinician.  Pre-bookable appointments will be signposted by the reception team. Pre bookable GP appointments can be booked 1 week in advance.

Nurses appointments can be booked at any time via phone or in person; you can also book for Saturdays.

GP appointments on Saturdays are also available.

Appointments can be booked online in advance, but please be aware that all appointments including those booked online are monitored and care navigated. This may mean that your appointment is moved to a clinician more suited to your medical need; for example a GP appointment booked online for a medication review would be moved to our pharmacist, a GP appointment booked online for a travel assessment would be moved to a practice nurse etc.
