Phone lines are open from 8.00am-12.15pm then 2.00-6.30pm every week day.
Please DO NOT enter the practice if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or recently tested positive; call us instead.

We offer face to face appointments, telephone appointments and also video calls.
The doctors and staff at Harley Street Medical Centre in Hanley are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.
We run clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes, and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, ECGs, dressings, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

When visiting the surgery, we would be grateful if you could complete a 'NHS Friends & Family Test' form and then post the completed form into the box at Reception.
Please be prepared to share the reason for your appointment request with the receptionist, who will treat it in confidence. If you do not want to share the reason for your appointment request state 'personal', but please be assured that this is only to ensure we can signpost you to the best possible care/clinician for your condition.
